A HOLIDAY IN CABO

A dollhouse designed for La Petite Maison Gala

Wills Design Associates’ mini Cabo retreat celebrates color and culture, where modern Mexican architecture meets global design influences. The striking pink stucco exterior immediately sets a whimsical tone.

The home's interior is a thoughtfully curated blend of styles with a fresh, tropical palette. Miniature “zellige” tiles, inspired by Moroccan craftsmanship, add intricate details and rich texture to the spaces. Design elements from India and Guatemala weave seamlessly into the decor, creating an artisanal, well-traveled atmosphere. Wills gained inspiration at Design Miami with a miniature version of the Rotganzen Le Carré Rose coffee table displayed in the den.

A showstopping custom flamingo banister serves as both a functional element and a playful artistic statement. Throughout the property, carefully placed pottery houses tiny succulents, bringing the Baja California landscape indoors. Wills hand-painted the wallpaper in the primary bath to further display the home’s creative spirit.

The crown jewel of this unique dwelling is its rooftop terrace, complete with an outdoor shower. This outdoor living space captures the essence of Cabo living, where the lines between interior and exterior blur into one harmonious experience.
